The Boy: Um, duh! Joe Jonas! The couple was super-cute together, and then Joe broke up with her during a very brief phone call. She was so upset that she wrote the song about it — and him!

The Song: "Should've Said No"
The Boy: Lucas Till. After they kissed in the "You Belong to Me" video (and got cozy in Hannah Montana: The Movie), these two were inseparable, but then they both said no to the relationship. They're still friends, though. How cool is that?

The Boy: Taylor Lautner. OMG. We loooved T-squared together, but it just wasn't meant to be. They're still friends, and totally not sorry about the two awesome months they spent together!

The Boy: Tony Romo. Whoa! Carrie totally sang about her future. She dated this NFL star, but the song dropped two years before they split. After the breakup, Tony started dating Jessica Simpson! Drama!

The Boy: Travis Stork. Carrie had an awesome crush on the doctor from THE BACHELOR, but their short romance was too wounded to fix!

The Boy: Chace Crawford. After hooking up with this GG cutie, Carrie told him it was over with a text message!
